Fantastic Creatures - Der Brixner

The Brixner reports about the group exhibition organized by the art group San Erardo at the Adler Gallery in Brixen. The topic this year was South Tyrolean legends and fairy tales. My painting “Die Schlernhexe” - a modern interpretation of a witch saga - is mentioned and shown in the article.

Every year the art cooperative Circolo San Erardo in Brixen, organise a group exhibition of its members.

This year the topic was legends and fairy tales from South Tyrol. I participated in this exhibition at the Adler gallery in Brixen, with a mixed media piece titled “Die SchlernHexe.”

My painting is inspired by a legend about witches living in the Schlern mountain of the Dolomites.

"Pictures of Poland" exhibited in Bangkok

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of regaining independence by Poland, the Polish Embassy in Bangkok organised a reception at the Shangri-La Hotel. It was an honour for me to be invited to participate in this special event with my artwork. For this occasion, I created a series of colourful, fun and whimsical paintings titled “Pictures of Poland”, depicting different Polish cities, food and landscapes.

As a thank you from the Polish Embassy, each of the guests also received a postcard sized print of one of the paintings to take home.

Everyone enjoyed the music, good food and the positive atmosphere, and for me it was wonderful to be able to discuss my art and Poland with so many of the distinguished guests, and it was overwhelming to receive so much love and positive feedback from everyone.

A great way to celebrate such an important occasion.

Special thanks to the Ambassador Waldemar Dubianowski and Ewa Dubianowska, as well as to everyone at the Polish Embassy in Bangkok. Dziekuje!

„10“ a success in Seis!

The discussion on values in today’s world turned out to be very important also in the beautiful mountain location of Seis am Schlern.

In the two weeks the exhibition was on, over 300 visitors came to see the artwork, and there were many positive reactions, interesting comments and emotional discussions. As part of the exhibition, the theology professor, Arnold Stiglmair gave a talk on the topic of the Ten Commandments, which was very popular and led to many questions.

Overall, the exhibition was a wonderful experience for everyone involved, of bringing people together and reaching hearts and minds through art.

Thank you Seis am Schlern!
