Artist meets musician on SchachMax
It was fun filming for the program SchachMax, shown on the local TV station Rai Sender Bozen.
Musician Max von Milland is given different challenges to complete and this time his task was to create a piece of art.

Cross-border drawing symposium
From the 28th is September to the 04th of October, I took part in a drawing symposium at Galerie Schloss Puchheim in Austria. The project was organized by the curator and art historian Peter Assmann, in cooperation with the Südtiroler Künstlerbund.
Over five days, I worked together in the gallery space with fellow artists Astrid Gamper, Letizia Werth, and Niklas Heiss from South Tyrol, as well as Linz-based artists Violeta Ivanova and Beni Altmüller.
This was a great opportunity to spend time with like-minded people and to share ideas and creative energy.
The works produced during the drawing symposium were presented during the exhibition on the final evening.
In 2026, the artists from Linz will come to the Südtiroler Künstlerbund in Bolzano for a few days, where the second part of this exchange project will take place.
Group exhibition in Linz
I am happy to have my artwork shown in the group exhibition In_House at the Kunstoffizin gallery in Linz, Austria.
The exhibition explores the concept of house and home through different artistic forms.
For me a house is all about the people who live in it. The two mixed media pieces I am showing are about human stories, emotions and memories.
Thank you to all the other participating artists and to the curators Peter Assmann and Leo Neuhauser.

80 plates, 2 walls and 1 school
Last year I was asked by the Südtiroler Künstlerbund in collaboration with Heimatpflegeverband to create an artwork at the elementary school of Rodeneck.
Over six months I worked at the school to make a fun, colorful and meaningful piece of art on the walls of the dining hall.
The main material for this art project were plates. The children all brought an old plate from home. I broke the plates and then used the shards to decorate the walls of the dining hall.
Since the main theme of this project was Heimat (Home), I decided to fill the walls with shapes of the buildings from the village of Rodeneck. Throughout the school year, the children also worked on their own projects on the topic of Heimat.
It turned out to be a wonderful collaboration and a great example of how to integrate art into the school program.
I am happy and grateful to have been part of this project. And I am thrilled to have created something that the children and community will be able to enjoy for many years to come.
The project gained recognition from the whole region and won a prize of the German Kulturforscher group.
Present at the opening, were, among others, the town mayor, the sponsors and the regional education councilor Phillip Achammer.
